I have packed a carry-on for a six-month trip, a wedding in Switzerland and four days in Seoul with eleven appointments. The same Notion setup handled all three, and enough people asked about it that I cleaned it up.
What’s in it
A checklist that knows the weather. Choose destination, dates and trip type; the list adjusts for climate, formality and duration, then remembers what you skipped last time.
A capsule builder. Drop in the pieces you own, set the number of days, and it maps outfits so every item works at least three ways.
The beauty bag, tracked. Every decant, its size, and how many trips it lasted. Never buy a second sunscreen at an airport again.
The "actually wore" log. Thirty seconds on the flight home. Next trip, the list is lighter — automatically.

Do I need a paid Notion account? No. The free plan handles everything in the template.
Does it work on mobile? Yes — the checklist views are designed to be ticked off from a phone while packing.
What if I don’t like it? Email within 14 days and I refund it, no questions.
